The T916 hose is intended for hydraulic systems with high pressure peaks, under severe operating conditions, for mining, offshore, perforation, etc ...
The standard version inner tube is suitable for conveying hydraulic fluids based on mineral, glycol and vegetable oils.
Its MSHA approved coating is resistant to severe abrasion, oils, fuels and atmospheric agents.
The textile folds distribute the pressure forces applied to the inner tube.
The steel wires making up the cables are treated against corrosion.
We crimp various types of tips on this pipe: flanges according to various international standards, line-pipe tips, specific tips depending on request.

The hose 494 is intended for the transfer of hydrocarbons in the off-shore environment when fire resistance is required.
Anti-corrosion steel reinforcement.
Neoprene outer cover ensures excellent resistance to ozone, oils and abrasion.
Flame resistant according to MSHA standard and fire resistant according to ISO15541 (30 minutes - 800°C).
In 2016, it was the subject, in diameter 50 and 150, type approval from the Bureau Veritas Marine and Off-shore division for the transfer to 13 bars of water, sea water, hydrocabures, oil and hydraulic oil.

This hose allows the assembly of flexible conducts for pneumatic handling of abrasive products, using 1/2 ISO PN cast aluminum flange shells that attach to the outside of the hose.
Assembly does not require particular formation nor specific tools.
No particular protection is necessary for its outdoor use and a simple regular visual control is sufficient.
The couplings are reusable, the replacement of the used lengths is quickly made.
