Chemical delivery rubber hoses
Intended for the suction and delivery of hydrocarbons, the Ref 603 hose has 2 textile plies and a stainless steel spiral.
Its NBR inner tube is conductive and resistant to LPG.
It can be used in a wide temperature range and its special synthetic microperforated rubber cover ensures excellent resistance to ozone, oils, heat, flame and atmospheric agents.
It complies with standard NF EN 1762 type SD (suction and delivery).

Designed for the suction and discharge of many solvents and chemicals thanks to its white UHMW-PE internal tube, the 609 hose has 4-ply textile and a steel coil.
Its electrical continuity is ensured by a copper alloy ground wire fitted between the textile plies.
Its flat corrugated EPDM rubber coating is resistant to abrasion, ozone, and atmospheric agents.
It complies with the standard EN 12115 and is food grade.
We fit it with symmetrical crimped fittings and issue it with certificates pursuant to Appendix IV-1 of the French Order on the transport of dangerous goods (Arrêté TMD) dated 29th May 2009 and its amendments.

Hose 680 is suitable for the transfer of most chemicals, depending on the resistance table.
Its smooth PTFE tube is coextruded in white color Its outer cover is slightly wavy

This hose is intended for aspiration and delivery chemical corrosive products of certain solvents.
The rubber collars molded at the tips prevent contact of the corrosive fluid with the metal clamp consisting of two half clamps, made indifferently according to EN 1092 (PN designated flanges) or EN 1759 (Class designated flanges).
The lengths can be produced with a UHMWPE (high molecular weight polyethylene) tube, or EPDM or XLPE (film-coated polyethylene) depending on the fluid conveyed.
